The 10 oz 2025 Texas Silver Round depicts a Texas cowboy sitting tall in the saddle, a symbol of rugged independence, his weathered face a testament to countless hours under the vast Texas sky. With a gentle tug on the reins, he guides his horse, a solitary figure against the backdrop of the boundless Texan landscape.   In 2013, the Texas Mint introduced the first Texas Silver round featuring a Texas Cowboy riding horseback in full gallop with a lasso extended. This year’s design returns to the roots of our first design. The Texas cowboy exemplifies the spirit of grit and determination.   The Texas Silver Round specifications – “.9999 Silver" and "10 Troy Oz” – are engraved across the top and bottom of the round respectively, communicating the unique purity of this round only matched by select products from the Royal Canadian Mint and the Perth Mint of Australia. The trademarked silhouette of the Texas mint mark, is visible on the right-hand side. The weight and purity of the round are guaranteed.                                                                                                                                                                                         Our 2025 Texas Silver Round features our first reverse-proof design, adding to the timeless elegance of our Texas Silver Round lineup.   The obverse of the high-quality Texas Silver Round features a textured topographical outline of the state of Texas. A mirror-finished lone star, engraved in the center, is framed by the state outline. The word "TEXAS" arches across the top, and the year of minting is engraved near the bottom left of the round, just southwest of what would be the Rio Grande, bordering Texas and Mexico.      The 10 oz Texas Silver Round is available in a protective capsule.       The Texas Silver Round is IRA-eligible.
