Gold eased to $4,076.98, down 0.57%, after October payrolls beat forecasts and lifted the dollar. Silver rose 0.59%, platinum 0.83%, palladium surged 3.48%.

Gold rose 0.65% to $4,098.97 and palladium led with a 2.65% gain to $1,053.70 as the dollar eased. Platinum added 1.11%; silver slipped 0.51% to $52.53.

Gold jumped 3.36% to $4,071.26 and silver surged 4.90% to $52.95 as the dollar hit a one-month low. Platinum rose 5.93%; palladium led with a 7.22% gain.

Gold eased 0.62% to $3,941.15 and silver fell 1.97% to $50.52 as the dollar firmed on midterm Election Day. Platinum lost 1.67%; palladium slid 3.79%.
