The 1 oz WPRA Silver Round Series celebrates the grit, glory, and Western-style heritage of the Women's Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA). The WPRA was founded in 1948 by a group of pioneering women who wanted equal opportunities to compete in rodeo. Originally called the Girls Rodeo Association (GRA), it began with just 74 members and quickly grew into the leading organization for women in professional rodeo. The WPRA sanctions events such as barrel racing and breakaway roping, giving women the chance to compete for world titles at the highest level, including the National Finals Rodeo. Over the decades, the WPRA has played a vital role in advancing women’s recognition and participation in rodeo, helping shape it into a truly inclusive sport.

Crafted from .999 fine silver, the obverse of each round features the iconic, official Women’s Pro Rodeo logo with the silhouette of a rodeo cowgirl in finely detailed engraving. The reverse features the two official WPRA events which include Barrel Racing and Breakaway Roping.
