British Mint Year of the Pig 1 oz Silver Coin

The Royal Mint Silver Lunar Pig bullion coin is guaranteed legal tender by the British government, the 1-ounce coin holds a face value of 2 pounds.   The pig is the sixth design in the British Lunar series, and is the twelfth sign of the Chinese zodiac, appearing once every 12 years. The traits of people born in the Year of the Pig are gentleness, selflessness and loyalty as well as diligence, compassion and generosity.
